Hey there,
EARLY (formerly Timeular) is looking for a Product Designer to support the Product team by designing all interfaces across mobile, desktop, and web.
We have made the annoying task of filling in timesheets effortless and fun so freelancers and teams all around the world, including companies like Google, SpaceX, and many more, can spend their precious time on more rewarding tasks.
We have much more in mind to help people design more rewarding job routines and to have a positive impact on their daily work lives.
You would play an essential role in doing so.
Your main responsibility will be owning the design system library and guidelines and iterating over it to improve it step by step based on our users’ needs. In the beginning, your main tasks will be:
- Dive into user feedback and get to know our users and how they use our products inside out
- Improve our Figma design library and guidelines across mobile, desktop, and web
- Design every new interface and its various states
- Create and iterate on prototypes and help to test them with users
- Improve and create landing pages to be used for our marketing campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with dev, support, marketing, and sales to identify pain points and come up with new ideas to solve them
Your Profile
- You have 3+ years of professional experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer, ideally in a fast‑paced startup or remote environment.
- You’re an expert in Figma (or similar tools), with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive interfaces across mobile, desktop, and web.
- You’ve built or contributed to a component‑based design system, writing clear guidelines and maintaining consistency.
- You balance user research and data: you craft surveys or interviews, analyze results, and translate insights into design improvements.
- You prototype fluently (Figma, Framer, or similar) and know how to validate interactions with real users.
- You write clear, concise documentation and rationale that both designers and engineers rely on.
- You collaborate asynchronously and synchronously, communicate proactively, and give/receive feedback constructively.
